Mark Gladman has been working with young people for over 15 years, after starting as a local church youth leader at age 16. By the time he was 21, he was already in demand speaking at schools, churches and youth conferences on motivational and inspirational themes.

With the development of his comedy skills, Mark now delivers seminars on leadership, discovery of purpose and potential, goal setting, values and communication skills that are informative, engaging, interactive and full of laughs. His technique seeks to take advantage of the ability laughter and humour has to draw people into topics and assist with the retention of information.

Principals, teachers and students across the country have raved about Mark’s ability to bring motivation and life change into the lives of students.

Additionally, Mark has developed presentations for school staff professional development, in particular how to use humour as a technique in presenting in the classroom to increase attention, assist with behaviour management and help with information retention in students.

"Mark Gladman came into our school for a day and touched the lives of many students and staff. He spoke to students across the middle and senior schools on a huge range of topics, from ANZAC values to effective comedy. I received plenty of positive feedback from students and staff alike. His fresh, energetic presentations were easy to listen to and were relevant to each age group who heard him. His visit sparked many interesting conversations in the playground, RE classroom and staffroom." Catie Morrison, Walford School for Girls, Adelaide
